If you buy a pair of Blackstone shoes and decide that they are not right for you, regardless of the reason, we are more than happy to take them back for a full refund. We only ask that the shoes are returned in the same condition that you received them.

Do you ship outside of the USA?

We are the distributors for the USA and cannot sell outside our region. But don’t fret! We’ve been known to ship shoes to people who are on holiday in the US. Here are some other options:

How do I clean my leather shoes and boots?

We Recommend to clean the upper with polishing sponge (neutral color, which contains oil) to clean the surface.

If there is dirt on the uppers, first clean it with a slightly wet cloth until clean then apply the polishing sponge.

Outsoles can also be clean by using slightly wet cloth then leave to dry.

How do I clean Python leather?

To clean the phyton leather, use soft brush and brush gently on the surface to clean the dirt.

Then you can use tone leather polish using asoft cloth to bring the color back .. Dab a little of the leather polish lotion to the cloth and then rub it gently on the upper.
